How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Remi. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Remi.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Your encryption key and everything you shared are permanently erased.

The coach can't hear me

Check the microphone permission (Settings → Remi → Microphone), reconnect Bluetooth headphones if any, and restart the call. You can always continue by writing instead.

I'm going through a hard moment

Remi is not a health service. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number right now. When the app detects signs of crisis it shows you helplines.
