Terms of Service

The service

Remi is an AI-powered life-coaching app provided by . The coach is an AI; what it says may be wrong and is not a substitute for personal judgment. Remi is not a health service, therapy, psychological or medical advice; it does not diagnose or treat. If you are worried about your mental health, see a professional; in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Manage or cancel in your store account's subscription settings. Refunds follow the store's rules.

Each plan includes a daily (and, on yearly, a monthly) amount of live-call time; when it is used up the service does not stop: you can continue by writing or with voice notes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive or infringing content, to abuse the system or to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

What you tell the coach is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). The app, the coach design and the interface belong to us.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Decisions you make based on the AI's suggestions are your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Contact: .
